PENALTY

1. 🌿What if I returned the garments LATE?

If the dress was not returned on the due date, late return fee of Php 200 will be charged per day.

2. 🌿What if the dress was STAINED or DAMAGED?

Don't worry about the minor stains and loose threading.

Just place it on our garments box to avoid further damage. Do not wash or repair the dress. 
Once returned, do inform us in advance any damages or stains on the dress so our laundromat partner will immediately work on it.

If the dress is beyond repair, charge will be 130% of the garment's purchased price listed on our site.
Or you could buy the exact dress from the store.

3. 🌿What if the dress was delivered to me with DAMAGE?

We photograph each dress before delivery. If you found any damage, please inform us immediately so we could send an available replacement.

4. 🌿Can I BUY the dress?

Sorry, our dresses are not for sale.

If you like the dress we recommend checking the website of the dress brand.

If the dress was not returned, charge will be 130% of the garments' purchased price listed on our site.
